Return Policy – Givmi BD

✔️ Product Check on Delivery

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery agent.
  • Once delivery is completed and the rider leaves, returns or refunds may not be accepted unless approved by our support team.

✔️ Instant Return Option

You may instantly return the product if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product
  • Product malfunction (upon delivery)

Note: Delivery charge may apply in such cases.

✔️ Gadget & Accessories Exchange

  • Any manufacturing issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exchange or support will be provided after verification.
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse will void exchange eligibility.

✔️ Return Conditions

To qualify for return/exchange:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original box and accessories required
  • No physical damage or missing components
