✔️ Product Check on Delivery
- ✓Customers must check the product in front of the delivery agent.
- ✓Once delivery is completed and the rider leaves, returns or refunds may not be accepted unless approved by our support team.
✔️ Instant Return Option
You may instantly return the product if:
- ✓Wrong item delivered
- ✓Damaged product
- ✓Product malfunction (upon delivery)
Note: Delivery charge may apply in such cases.
✔️ Gadget & Accessories Exchange
- ✓Any manufacturing issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- ✓Exchange or support will be provided after verification.
- ✓Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse will void exchange eligibility.
✔️ Return Conditions
To qualify for return/exchange:
- ✓Product must be unused
- ✓Original box and accessories required
- ✓No physical damage or missing components
